WIPO Talent Pools

The Talent Pools serve to ensure a pipeline of external qualified candidates for Professional and higher category posts in both programmatic and support areas, for profiles that are regularly recruited for and/or difficult to fill.

Note: WIPO particularly encourages expressions of interest from qualified women as well as from nationals of unrepresented member states and underrepresented geographical regions.

How do the Talent Pools work?

The Talent Pools are open year-round to enable professionals to express their interest in employment with WIPO in a particular domain. The expressions of interest received will be reviewed by our recruiters with a view to:

  • Contacting qualified professionals regarding vacancies that match their profile
  • Sourcing candidates for temporary opportunities

Note: Registration in one of the Talent Pools does not guarantee employment with WIPO.
