Intern for the Secretary-General team (100%) – 1 year contract

Role

The Secretary-General team supports the Secretary-General (SG) and the Deputy Secretary-General (DSG) in the management of ISO Central Secretariat covering all functions and responsibilities of the organization, including the relationship with all 167 ISO Members and the institutional representation of ISO.

We are looking for an intern to join the Secretary-General team.

Key responsibilities

Support the SG and DSG in their various responsibilities, including:

  • Assist the coordination of selected projects and activities under the responsibility of the SG and DSG involving multiple teams
  • Support in the preparation of materials for governance meetings
  • Collaborate with other teams preparing presentations for internal and external audiences
  • Work with the various units of ISO/CS to support the achievement milestones and meet deadlines
  • Contribute to specific projects

Report to: Deputy Secretary-General

Qualification and Experience

  • University or post-graduate degree in business administration, economics, engineering, international relations, communications or other relevant degrees
  • Experience in project management
  • Fluency in English
  • Internship agreement with a school or institution mandatory
