ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT

Une évaluation de la sécurité alimentaire et de la nutrition a été réalisée en Tunisie afin de fournir des informations de base sur la sécurité alimentaire et le profil de l’état nutritionnel des PVVIH en Tunisie. Les résultats de cette évaluation aideront le Gouvernement et tous les partenaires à développer des interventions efficaces pour la sécurité alimentaire et nutritionnelle des personnes vivant avec le VIH (PVVIH), dans le cadre d’une réponse globale et multisectorielle au VIH.

JOB PURPOSE

  • Faire le plaidoyer pour le renforcement des mesures en faveur de l’intégration d’une protection sociale inclusive et sensible au VIH en se basant sur l’étude conçue dans ce contexte (le PAM fournira une copie au consultant)
  • Sensibiliser les décideurs/responsables du Ministère des Affaires Sociale (MAS) à la nécessité de rendre le système de protection sociale plus inclusif pour les PVVIH en tenant compte de leurs spécificités, conditions et besoins.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive)

Le consultant/e, sous la supervision directe du chargé(e) de projet et en étroite collaboration avec le(s) cadre(s) du PAM en charge du suivi de cette consultation aura les responsabilités suivantes : – Concevoir et élaborer des outils de communication en faveur du plaidoyer

– Faciliter un atelier de formation de 2 jours à l’intention des décideurs/responsables du MAS ainsi que celui des Media

– Elaborer un plan de plaidoyer selon une approche participative avec les partenaires gouvernementaux

– Assurer la coordination entre le PAM et les différents partenaires

DESIRED EXPERIENCES FOR ENTRY INTO THE ROLE

  • Expérience confirmée dans les domaines de filets de protection sociale et de santé de prise de PV VIH/SIDA,
  • Diplômes approfondis en Sciences Sociales / Humaines .
  • Une expérience significative en matière de plaidoyer, rédaction des argumentaires
  • Aisance dans la communication écrite et orale en français et en arabe parlé pour la communication orale.
  • Experience developing work plans for units and developing and guiding global or regional nutrition strategy.
  • Experience working with governments to develop nutritional strategies and establishing policies.
  • Experience developing partnerships in nutrition and working with multiple stakeholders with varying viewpoints and agendas.
  • Experience publishing article(s) and/or developed intellectual capital with external recognition.
  • Experience representing agency at global forums and /or presented at international/national venues.
  • Experience leading and managing nutrition related programmes and projects in multiple field locations.
